Try an Outdoor Babyshower

When the weather is nice out, why not organize an outside Babyshower for the lucky mom-to-be? There are plenty of places where you can hold the event such as a park, the beach or even someone's backyard.

This idea works especially well for a future mom who is not into very formal or boring events. Holding the shower outside makes it a little easier and flexible so it doesn't feel so stiff.

Make sure you pick a place that has a nice shady area to place the food and cake. It's also good to have shade so that guests can stay out of the sun if they prefer. But the fresh air will make the event more carefree and pleasant for everyone, not to mention less clean up for the one in charge.

You can provide paper plates and plastic utensils so that when it's all done everything can go in the garbage, sparing the hostess from any dishwashing. With less cleanup and worry there will be more time to play and have fun also, so it's a plus in more ways than one.
