Great BabyShower Appetizer

Serving a few appetizers at the shower is much easier than making a big whole meal. You can make some quick ones that will taste delicious but won't take a ling time to make. Here is a recipe for an appetizer that will delight all guests:

Serrano Ham Crisps

Ingredients:

Sliced Serrano Ham from the Deli (Prosciutto Ham is a good substitute)

Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese Wedges

Wheat Crackers

Spread some Laughing Cow Cheese on the crackers. Then roll a small piece of the Serrano Ham and place on top. That's it! Place the Serrano Ham Crisps on a pretty platter and serve.
