Artichoke and Spinach Dip Appetizer for the BabyShower

Artichoke dip is always a hit at parties. It is delicious and very easy to make. Follow these instructions for a tasty appetizer the guests won't get enough of!

Ingredients:


  • 7 oz. marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped

  • 15-20 oz. frozen spinach thawed and drained

  • 1/2 cup low fat sour cream

  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1 pressed garlic clove

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a baking dish making sure they are well blended together. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is all melted and ingreadients are heated through. You can serve the dip with tri color baked corn chips or pita wedges.
